accompanied by two jumbo shrimp and citrus wine sauce
dusted with porcini mushrooms and dijon mustard - rosemary cabernet demi glaze
crabmeat stuffed shrimp and an eight ounce new york strip steak with caramelized onions and maytag bleu cheese - topped with bordelaise sauce ($10 surcharge)
